This Northern Kentucky municipal bus was used as a traffic barrier
during the "RiverFest" in 1994, It kinda reminded me of the movie,
Road Warrior. This however, was a very different type of
apocalypse. It was also one of the first city buses I'd
ever seen that had been turned into a moving billboard.
This practice is, of course, quite commonplace nowadays (and the
paint jobs are slicker than this cob-job), but in 1994 it was
quite a shock to me. See detail below. (Man, I was

diet of Kentucky bourbon, cigarettes, and various illegal substances):
