My sister gave me
these kimchi flavored ramen noodles as a stocking stuffer
last Christmas. Kimchi (AKA "kimchee" or "kim
chi") is Korean is pickled, fermented hot cabbage
(and excellent by the way). This noodle product amused
me because is flavored with a Korean staple dish, but
was made in Vietnam "with Japanese technology."
